hold a business lunch or dinner, then we've got the solution for
you. Situated in Fourways, with safe and secure parking, this
popular venue is great for corporate lunches and dinners where the
emphasis is on good food and attractive surroundings.
This decadent set menu is served in a Meze format, a social style of serving food, where all dishes are brought to the table on platters.
The restaurant policy is to keep serving as much as is required, within reason.
The idea is that everyone gets to enjoy all the items on the menu,
so they can help themselves to as much or as little as they like
of each dish. The menu includes:
Welcome Cocktail:
Choice of a variety of popular cocktails, including martini's,
cosmopolitans, mojito's etc.
Starters:
1) Diamond coast Oysters, ginger shallot dressing AND
2) Biltong, blue cheese, strawberry and roquette salad AND
3) Mixed sushi platter: salmon, tuna, crab, prawn AND
4) Parma wrapped deep fried camembert, melba toast, cranberry sauce
Mains (all below items will be accompanied by rice, vegetables and mash potato):
1) Flame grilled beef medallions, mushroom and Port sauce AND
2) Grilled king prawns, butterflied, lemon, garlic butter AND
3) Sliced, flame grilled calamari steaks, chilli lime mayonaise AND
4) Crispy Lamb chops, cous cous
Desserts:
1) Crème Brulee, caramelized sugar AND
2) Tiramisu
